Hempel's new web-based Cargo Protection Guide (CPG) makes it easy to track down information on chemical resistant coatings. The CPG provides up-to-the-minute cargo lists and data on Hempel's Hempadur 15400, Hempador 15500 and Galvosil 15700 tank coatings.
The database contains information on chemical resistance for more than 3,200 chemicals and cargoes. Its software can search for the complete resistance for all chemicals/cargoes, chemical resistance data for chemical synonyms, resistance for one specific cargo/chemical and resistance for a specific list of chemicals/cargoes (IMO ship type, MARPOL pollution category or cargo/chemical groups).
