Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) has signed a multi-year agreement with MTS Allstream, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manitoba Telecom Services Inc. and one of Canada's leading national communication solutions providers, for its upcoming Internet Protocol television (IPTV) deployment.
