CurtCo Media (Malibu, CA), the publisher of "Robb Report" and "Art & Antiques," among other publications, has sold "Worth" (New York) magazine to Sandow Media (Boca Raton, FL), a producer of consumer titles "NewBeauty" and luxury home magazine "Luxe." No terms of the deal were given.

The acquired monthly magazine has a circulation of over 100,000, including 25,000 financial advisors, 75,000 nigh-net-worth investors and 3000 CEOs of hedge funds. CurtCo acquired "Worth" in 2004.
