Routledge, a unit of Taylor & Francis (New York) will begin the publication of the "Journal of Development Effectiveness," a new quarterly journal produced to support evidence-based policy making to enhance development effectiveness, with an issue in April. Content will include articles reporting evidence of the impact of projects, programs and policies in developing countries.

The premier issue includes information on methods in project evaluation, impact evaluation of rural road projects, reconstructing baseline data, improving nutritional status through behavioral changes, and impact assessments and experience evaluations.
