Oxford University Press (Cary, NC) has begun the publication of "Capital Markets Law Journal," a new quarterly title targeted to all capital markets legal practitioners and related professionals. An annual print/online subscription costs $799 for 2-5 users at institutions, $672 for academics and $672 for individuals.
The new title is described as the first periodical to focus entirely on aspects related to capital markets for lawyers and covers all fields within this practice area, including debt, derivatives, equity, high yield products, securitization and repackaging. Editorial is international in scope with each issue designed to include information and news relevant to the financial centers in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Editorial carries analytical articles on topical issues relating to the law and practice of capital markets. Initial articles cover: the resolution of regulatory conflicts between capital markets of the U.S. and Europe, disclosure requirement and their legal consequences, recent developments in portfolio margining, the public responsibility of structured finance lawyers, obligation of issuers with full listings, and foreign trading screens in the U.S.
Oxford University Press produces 23 other legal journals including such titles as "Industrial Law Journal," "Medical Law Review," "Statute Law Review" and "Journal of Environmental Law."
