> Informa Financial Information (Westborough, MA), a unit of T&F Informa (London), has formed Informa Investment Solutions, Inc. (White Plains, NY) with the aquisition and consolidation of three financial information services companies. The three acquired companies include: NetDecide Corp. (Tysons Corner, VA), a company whose products allow banks and financial services companies to treat financial projections for customers; Effron Enterprises (White Plains, NY), a company that provides portfolio accounting and performance measurement services for the investment community; and, Plan Sponsor Network (New York), a company that supplies historical returns on U.S., global and international money managers.
