Casino Journal Publishing Group (CJPG; Las Vegas, NV) has sold a 60% interest in Poker Digest magazine to Shulman Media (Las Vegas, NV), owners of Card Player magazine. The magazine and its operations will become a part of Shul-man beginning in July. CJPG chairman Glenn Fine said the decision to sell was based on his belief that the market could not support two profitable magazines.
