The American Bar Association's (Chicago, IL) Committee on Homeland Security and National Defense has begun the publication of "Homeland Security & National Defense" newsletter with a Fall issue. The new title will be published four times a year in 2008 and is available to all committee members, members of the ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice and other interested legal professionals.
