The service, WorkRx, offers help in preventing and controlling lost time due to disability by helping employers analyze their lost-time patterns and develop return-to-work programs that minimize the effects of lost time on costs and productivity.

WorkRx offers on-site consultation to analyze the patterns, assistance in developing and implementing programs and ongoing mentoring of the employer's leadership. Large customers using the customized programs report up to a 25% reduction in lost workdays and 30% reductions in new claims.
