ARTHUR J. GALLAGHER & CO. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire YANNI PARTNERS INC. of Pittsburgh, the company said. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close before Jan. 31,2008, said company spokeswoman Marsha J. Akin.
