ARTHUR J. GALLAGHER & CO. completed the sale of Gallagher Re's U.K. reinsurance brokerage business to AON CORP. Gallagher said the sale price was about $30 million plus a share of first-year revenue, which Gallagher said potentially could be $15 million. The deal will involve the transfer of some Gallagher Re employees in both the U.S. and U.K. to Aon Re Global.
