CATLIN GROUP LTD. has named MICHAEL HANSEN president of Catlin Canada Inc., the Toronto-based regional office of the Hamilton, Bermuda-based insurer, and will work out of the company's field office in Calgary, Alberta. Coming from his most recent post as Catlin Canada's vice president and western regional manager, Hansen has more than 25 years of experience in underwriting and brokering, focused particularly on the aviation insurance sector.
He joined Catlin's London office in 2002.
