3M perfume pearls give Avon flexibility in three-scent booklet. (Design & Packaging)

Avon is utilising 3M's latest perfume microencapsulation technology to sample its three new fragrances together. The scents, created by Parfums Creatifs of Paris will be brought to Avon customers in a 12 page booklet using 3M's innovative Perfume Pearls at a time when scented strips in printed matter are coming under attack.

Says 3M, this is the first multiple perfume banding of its kind which allows three individual perfumes to sampled without them clashing or becoming indistinguishable from one another, the problem which has led a number of US magazines to ban scented strips from advertisements.
