* L M (Theo) de Kool has been appointed cfo of Sara Lee Corporation, he is currently senior vp and also serves as chief financial officer and a member of the board of management of Sara Lee/DE based in the Netherlands. It is expected that he will be named executive vp of the corporation at the next regularly scheduled board meeting, according to the company.
