SWEDEN'S ORIFLAME Cosmetics is to distribute 2.60 [euro] per share through a share redemption programme with tradable rights. This is in addition to a dividend of 0.90 [euro] per share announced in the company's 2005 year-end report. The distribution to shareholders thus totals 3.50 [euro] per share, amounting to 209m [euro].
The company says its strong financial position and good cash flow has enabled such a share programme.
