Unilever shakes up its structure.(INTERNATIONAL NEWS)(Unilever Group reshuffles its executives)(Brief article)

For the first time since its formation in 1930, Unilever has no English or Dutch representatives in its executive management team.

The Anglo-Dutch company will reshuffle its executive team in May, following the retirement of Kees van de Graaf and Ralf Kuger. Doug Bailie, former head of Hindustan Lever, will take over from van de Graaf, while Kuger will be not be replaced.
In another move, Unilever is to combine its Home & Personal Care and Foods divisions into a single category structure led by Vindi Bagna, currently president Foods.
The company will also move its central and eastern Europe business into an enlarged region of Asia, Africa and central and eastern Europe. Western Europe will become a standalone region.
