Etailer Perfume Bay has become part of Beauty Encounter as the result of a four-year legal fight with eBay over trademark dilution and infringement. The US courts ruled that the company should change its URL to avoid consumer confusion. Ceo Jacquelyn Tran says the change opens new opportunities for the retailer.
"We decided to evolve the brand to offer a superior online fragrance and beauty shopping experience." Beauty Encounter's focus is on sourcing hard to find items, exclusive and international brands.
