L'Oreal loses again to eBay.(INTERNATIONAL NEWS)

L'Oreal has lost another one of its court cases against online auction site eBay.
The UK High Court has ruled in favour of eBay in a case that L'Oreal had brought against it, accusing the auctioneer of putting consumers at risk by failing to prevent the sale of counterfeit cosmetics and fragrances on its site.
In court, 15 products selected by L'Oreal to prove its case were found genuine, said eBay, backing up its case that of the 2.7bn products sold globally on its site, only 0.15% were identified potentially counterfeit.
