CEATININE CRITERION CONCLUDED--The Department of Health and Human Services has published notice of its determination of the property creatinine criterion for laboratories engaged in urine drug testing for federal workplace drug testing programs.

In April 2004, the department published the final changes to the mandatory guidelines for those federal testing programs. The changes established specimen validity testing standards and reporting procedures for federal agency urine specimens collected for the federal programs.
