Revenio, Siebel to partner; Companies to combine internet dialogue marketing, call center applications.(Brief Article)

Revenio Inc. is expected next week to announce a technology partnership with Siebel Systems Inc. to integrate its ``dialogue marketing'' applications with Siebel's call center and sales-force automation applications.
Dialogue marketing, by definition, is a series of predefined interactions triggered by the action of a customer. While traditional direct mail and brand advertising campaigns push offers to a customer hoping that they reach the target, dialogue marketing asks questions of the customer within the marketing message, and then acts accordingly.
