SURFCONTROL JOINS CSIA.

The Cyber Security Industry Alliance (CSIA), the only public policy and advocacy group dedicated exclusively to cyber security, has announced that SurfControl, of Scotts Valley, CA, has joined as a principal member.

CSIA's members provide the industry insights, technical expertise, depth and focus to help government leaders here and abroad better understand the issues around cyber security policy. In its first two years, CSIA has played a key role in numerous IT security policy issues, including defining and battling spyware, and the push for legislation to promote better protection of databases of consumers' information.
