Barbara Friedman has resigned as asst. vice president, support services, at Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick, N.J., 416 beds, to accept a position as director of the diabetes center of the Mt. Sinai Hospital of Queens, Long Island City, N.Y., 235 beds. Previously she was a regional consultant with Joint Purchasing Corp.
