Novation renews contract for blood gas testing equipment with Radiometer. (Group Purchasing).(Brief Article)

Novation, Irving, Texas, renewed its contract with Radiometer, Westlake, Ohio.

The one year agreement took effect Jan. 1.

It covers blood gas testing equipment, and the renewal terms extend covered equipment to include the newly introduced point-of-care analyzers NPT7 and ABL77, as well as the TCM400 multi-channel transcutaneous monitors.

The company's willingness to participate in the electronic commerce site, with Marketplace@Novation, was part of the reason Novation decided to extend the agreement, according to Bob Benson, Novation vice president, contract and program services.
