T.D. Williamson
T.D. Williamson has acquired Freeze Service Inc., a Wilmington, Delaware-based pipe plugging business. "This acquisition is one of the absolute best match-ups and most natural extensions of our pipeline services business we've ever achieved," said President and CEO Pete Samoff.
Freeze Service will operate as a division of TDW Services, a subsidiary of T.D. Williamson, and will add an expanding range of international pipeline maintenance service TDW has provided the piping industry for more than half a century.
