GTI begins pipeline coatings evaluation. (Newsline: for the latest industry developments).

The Gas Technology Institute's pipeline coatings facility has begun an extensive evaluation of field-applied pipeline coatings. GTI is coordinating the multi-year project with a consortium of more than 25 pipeline companies, coating manufacturers and utilities. A wide variety of pipeline coatings are being tested on numerous types and sizes of pipes in various real-world field conditions.
