GTI Testing Laboratories receives A2LA accreditation.(Newsline: for the latest industry developments)

GTI Testing Laboratories, an affiliate of Gas Technology Institute (GTI), has been approved for accreditation by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) in the mechanical testing field.
The scope of A2LA accreditation, certificate numbered 2139-091, includes specific tests and failure analyses on automotive components, fasteners and metals, pipeline coatings, plastics and polymers, pressure vessels, rubber and tools.
"We're extremely proud of this achievement and the efforts of staff in working with A2LA over the past 18 months to ensure that we are now in compliance with ISO/LEC 17025," reports Stan Borys, GTI executive vice president and COO.
