The Geotechnical Group of ASCE's Seattle Section is sponsoring the 22nd Annual Spring Seminar on "Tunneling in the Pacific Northwest." The seminar will be held on March 12, 2005 at the University of Washington's Seattle campus. Speakers include Dr. Raymond Sterling, Professor at Louisiana Tech University and Director of the Trenchless Technology Center, Harvey Parker, president of the International Tunneling Association, and other tunneling experts including designers, owners, and contractors to discuss major tunneling projects in the region and other topics relevant to tunneling projects of all sizes.
