Gourdie-Fraser welcomes three new staff members.
Brian Boals, a licensed professional engineer and project manager, has a master of science degree in civil/hydraulic engineering from the University of Michigan. He brings more than 12 years of experience in municipal engineering to the position. Boals' clients included Plymouth Township, Monroe Township, the City of Westland, City of Farmington, City of Farmington Hills, City of Southfield, Ashley Capital Inc., and Robertson Brothers Inc.
