Generally speaking, who is traditionally in the best position to have a clear understanding as to the business climate in the natural gas distribution sector? That would be the distribution contractor whose very livelihood depends on the activities associated with gas utilities. Whatever affects the utilities has a rebound effect on those who do the majority of new construction work for them.
