Huawei: no comment on Marconi takeover.(Huawei Technologies Company Ltd.)(Brief Article)

China-based telecom company Huawei Technologies has said it will not disclose any information about its takeover of U.K.-based Marconi Corp. Marconi is valued at more than $1.06 billion. According to analysts, if the deal is finalized, it will enable Huawei to enter the international market.
Huawei has not forwarded any official proposal to Marconi as yet. Marconi is also looking at companies other than Huawei.
