Advanced Info Service PCL, the largest cellular service provider in Thailand, has announced that it intends to unveil a 3G mobile service in the capital city of Bangkok in the first quarter of 2009. Pornrat Janjarassakul, head of corporate planning and investor relations, stated that the company plans to unveil its 3G services in Bangkok and other key cities after getting clearance from the country's telecom regulator.
