eCom eCom Finalizes Agreement with Orion Telecom Operating Corporation -- Orion Telecom.(Brief Article)

eCom eCom.com Inc. announced that it has reached a final agreement with Orion Telecom Operating Corporation. Details of the agreement were not disclosed other than a brief statement by R.C. Wilson, President and COO of eCom eCom, in which he said, "The terms and conditions of the final agreement track almost identically with the details of the letter of intent that we released August 27, 2001.

However, the projections made in that announcement now look conservative as details of Orion Telecom's agreement with China indicate that we may have to be prepared to integrate our DryIce software into as many as 25 million existing set-top boxes during the first year."
