InterDigital elected as Council member in TD-SCDMA Forum. (Wireless).(InterDigital Communications Corp.)(Brief Article)

InterDigital Communications Corp. announced that it has been elected as a member at large and, additionally, as a Council member of the TD-SCDMA Forum, an international association of wireless technology developers and equipment producers formed to promote the use of time division-synchronous code division multiple access (TD-SCDMA) technology in wireless products.
The company's announcement was made during a Beijing reception sponsored by InterDigital and attended by government, technology, industry and media leaders.
The TD-SCDMA Forum, organized in September 2000 by the China Mobile Communications Association, was created to promote the development and advancement of TD-SCDMA technology and applications within China and throughout the world....
