China Telecom Hubei selects AsiaInfo billing software for major network upgrade. (Software and Value-Added Services).(Brief Article)
China Telecom, August, 2002
AsiaInfo Holdings Inc. announced that it has signed a contract to provide online billing software to Hubei Telecom, a large provincial subsidiary of China Telecom.
Under the terms of the contract, AsiaInfo will design and provide billing software-AIOBS and customization services for Hubei Telecom's IP network. As China Telecom's largest IP billing software contract for this year, the new billing system will allow Hubei Telecom to serve up to three million data services users with real-time billing capability, broadband coverage and interfaces for future multi-service offerings
