China Unicom selects Airspan for deployments in key Guangzhou region and Shenyang.(Broadband Fixed Wireless)(Brief Article)

Airspan Networks Inc., a leading global provider of fixed broadband wireless DSL networks, announced it has been selected by China Unicom Ltd., a large telecom operator and the second-largest cellular communications operator in China, as the basis for high-performance Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) networks to be deployed in two Chinese regions of Guangzhou and Shenyang by Airspan's local partner Jinpeng. Product shipments will initiate in the next couple of months.
