AsiaInfo wins Video Conferencing solution contracts from China Unicom.

AsiaInfo Holdings Inc., a leading provider of telecom network and software solutions in China, announced that it has signed contracts with China Unicom to support the second phase construction of its nationwide IP-based Video Conferencing (VC) network and to provide AsiaInfo's software specifically designed for VC services. The software includes AsiaInfo Vision Network Access Server Software (AIVNAS), AsiaInfo Vision Gatekeeper Software (AIVGK), AsiaInfo VisionXpert (AIVX) and AsiaInfo Vision Online Business eXpert (AIVOBX). The total contract value amounts to USD 8.9 million (including hardware pass through), of which 35 percent is from software and services.
