Nokia China plans to establish a new JV to consolidate its businesses in China. The plan is waiting for the Chinese governmental approval. The new JV will become the largest one in China, with domestically NO.1 production and export capacity. Nokia is also reconstructing its worldwide operations.
After the reconstruction, the China market will become the only market categorized by country among Nokia's five global marketplaces.
