Mobile 365 wins license in China.(Digital Media)(Brief Article)

U.S.-based Mobile 365's Chinese unit has won a National Wireless Value-added Service license. The license, awarded by the Chinese government, will enable the company to process delivery, settlement of mobile messaging services and billing to service providers in the country. According to the Chinese-based research company, iResearch, the market of wireless value-added services in the country will grow by 65 percent to $4.65 billion by the end of this year.
Mobile 365's technology will upgrade the cellphone network for close to 310 million cellphone users. Mobile 365 was formed after InphoMatch and Mobileway merged, and is operating in several Asian cities, including Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Singapore, Taipei, and Hong Kong.
