YOFC selects Alloptic Inc. to deploy the first fiber-to-the-home network in China.(Fiber Optics)(Yangtze Optical Fiber and Cable )

Alloptic Inc., a pioneer in the development and deployment of Ethernet passive optical networks (ePONs), the ultimate communications network for and tomorrow, announced that Yangtze Optical Fiber and Cable (YOFC), one of the world's largest manufacturers of fiber optical cable, is deploying the Alloptic fiber access network solution to provide voice, data, and IP video services in the first deployment of fiber-to-the-home in Wuhan, Peoples Republic of China.
