The Chinese television manufacturer, Changhong Electric, and China Telecom, the country's biggest fixed-line service provider, have signed a deal under which both the companies will develop communication, computer, and consumer electronic products.
The electronic products will include Internet protocol televisions (IPTVs) and video telephones. Both the companies will not only develop IPTVs and video telephones, but also integrate their sales work force.
