Lenovo Mobile and Qualcomm sign subscriber unit license agreement that covers WCDMA.(WIRELESS)

Qualcomm and Lenovo Mobile Communications Technology have signed a subscriber unit license agreement that includes WCDMA subscriber products. According to the agreement, Qualcomm has granted Lenovo Mobile a patent license for the development, production, and sale of WCDMA subscriber units for high-speed broadband wireless access.
Both the companies are interested in furthering their collaboration to develop subscriber unit products that feature CDMA technology.
