China Telecom chooses Nokia Siemens Networks for improving its MegaEyes service.(BUSINESS)

China Telecom has chosen Nokia Siemens Networks for improving MegaEyes, its video monitoring service. The video monitoring solution is able to provide high-end images for remote monitoring. Under this agreement, Nokia Siemens Networks would undertake the responsibility of supporting new multimedia and broadband services for China Telecom's MegaEyes by using its comprehensive portfolio comprising systems integration, video monitoring platform, IMS, multimedia service delivery platform, and network security. China Telecom has pinned its hopes on MegaEyes to create more business opportunities, translating into revenues.
