New Skies Satellites N.V. announced that it has signed a satellite-transponder reselling agreement with China Telecommunications Broadcast Satellite (ChinaSat), the Chinese satellite communications services provider. Under the terms of the agreement, ChinaSat will provide New Skies satellite capacity in China using NSS-6, NSS-5, and NSS-703 upon the approval of Chinese government authorities for reselling in China.
