FCC assigns 20MHz of spectrum to ICO Satellite Services, G.P.(NEW SERVICES)

ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Ltd. (ICO) praised the recent decision by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to assign a total of 20MHz of spectrum to ICO Satellite Services, G.P., a subsidiary of ICO North America Inc., ICO's principal operating subsidiary. The assignment is part of the FCC's action to redistribute spectrum allocated to mobile satellite services (MSS) in the 2GHz frequency band to existing 2GHz MSS licensees, including ICO's subsidiary.
