SI International Inc., an information technology and network solutions (IT) company, announced that it has been awarded a contract by the Air Force Space Command to provide systems engineering and technical analysis supporting the development of operating concepts for future Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) systems.
The contract was awarded under the Contract Advisory and Assistance Services and Engineering and Technical Assistance (CAASETA) contract vehicle, and has a one-year base period with a one-year option. The contract's value is $4 million over two years, if all options are exercised.
