Alvarion Ltd. and Bridgewater Systems will provide advanced WiMAX solutions to MSTelcom of Sonangol Group for supporting its IP services in important areas of Northern Angola. The deployment of WiMAX solutions would support MSTelcom's present services like broadband services, national satellite coverage, terrestrial links, national and international connectivity (telephony), Internet, and radio tracking systems.
Bridgewater's AAA Service Controller forms a part of Alvarion Ltd.'s OPEN WiMAX architecture. This would enable MSTelecom to deliver secure authentication as well as authorization for VoIP WiMAX and other high-speed Internet services.
