O2 Germany and Research In Motion (RIM) have announced the expansion of O2's BlackBerry(R) portfolio with the launch of BlackBerry Internet Service(TM), the BlackBerry 7100x(TM) business phone, and the Nokia 9300 smartphone with BlackBerry Connect(TM).
