Each year as part of its Leadership Conference, the International Franchise Association's Women's Franchise Committee bestows the WFC Crystal Compass upon someone within the franchise community who epitomizes the ideals of leadership. Recipients of the Crystal Compass have all earned their reputations for leadership by making significant contributions within their respective franchise organizations, the franchise community in general and in their local communities.
