VSNL unit at Sri Lanka launches voice and data services.(Business)(Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited)(Brief Article)

VSNL Lanka Ltd. (VLL) has announced the formal launch of its voice and data telecom services in Sri Lanka. The company also launched its "Tata Indicom" brand in the Sri Lankan market under which it would be offering these services. VLL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL).

VSNL Lanka Limited has announced the commencement of the carriage of incoming and outgoing calls to and from Sri Lanka. VLL has also ventured into the Sri Lankan data market with the launch of its Tata Indicom International Private Leased Circuits (IPLCs).
