Huawei successfully rolls out All-IP CDMA solution in Tata Indicom's network.(WIRELESS)

Chinese telecom vendor Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. announced the rollout of its All-IP CDMA solution in the network of India-based CDMA player Tata Indicom. TATA is presently in the process of constructing a pan-India telecom network for providing top-quality services to its users. It aims to increase its subscriber base in India to 100 million by 2011.

TATA had chosen Huawei's All-IP based CDMA solution as well as radio access equipment for replacing its network in key cities, including Delhi and Kolkata. Via the new All-IP core network solution, the Indian company would be able to boost resource utilization and slash operational costs.
